Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Your Continuity Plan, a guided application for preparing a Short-Term Leadership Continuation Plan. By purchasing access or using the application, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
The service
An initial $195 purchase provides 365 days to complete the guided questions, create and revise drafts, save versions, designate a Current version, and generate Word or PDF documents. A $99 renewal provides another 365 days. Renewal remains available for one year after expiration.
Your account and plan
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, choosing who may collaborate, and deciding who may receive a plan. You retain ownership of the information you enter and the documents produced from it. You authorize the application to process that information only to operate the service and provide the functions you request.
Business responsibility
The application provides structured planning guidance, not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, cybersecurity, or emergency-management advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving the plan; preparing the temporary leader; obtaining professional advice when appropriate; and keeping the plan accurate, current, accessible, and usable.
No guarantee
A generated plan cannot anticipate every event or guarantee uninterrupted operations. Its effectiveness depends on the accuracy of your information, the readiness and availability of the people you designate, and circumstances when the plan is needed. See Important Limitations.
Permitted use
You may use the service for your own business and may share your plan with people you authorize. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use another person’s account, or resell the application or its controlled templates.
Payments, expiration, and refunds
Payments are processed by the payment provider. Active access is required to edit or generate new versions. Saved versions remain available to view and download after expiration under the retention policy. Refund eligibility and exceptions are described in the Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and preserve saved work, but temporary interruptions may occur. Material changes to these terms will be identified by version and effective date and, when appropriate, communicated before they apply to a renewal or new purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
